The data structure doesn't matter whether it is plagiarized or not.
Many classic data structures are widely used.
If you apply for a patent, that's another matter (but it seems that everyone applies for this)
But the algorithm of plagiarism is different. But others can't see your source code, and they don't know if it was copied.
