(2) Open the line switch at the back end of the drainage line or the drop fuse at the high voltage side of the transformer, so that the disconnected drainage line has no load.
(3) Check the climbing tools and insulation protective appliances for climbing operation; Wear insulating boots, gloves, safety helmet and its insulating protective articles.
(4) The pole-climbing electrician will take the insulated transmission rope to a proper position and fasten the safety belt.
(5) The ground electrician uses insulated transmission rope to transmit the insulated operating rod and insulated shielding appliance to the rod respectively. Electricians on poles should use insulated operating rods to install insulated shields for live parts near and far.
(6) The electrician on the ground transfers the insulation transfer lock rod to the electrician on the rod with the insulation transfer rope. The first electrician used an insulating lock rod to fix the drainage pipeline near one end of the pipeline.
(7) Disconnect the drainage pipeline in the following ways:
(1) Winding method: the ground electrician will transfer the wire binding scissors and the three-toothed bar to the pole, and the second electrician will disassemble and cut the wire binding connecting the down lead and the main line of the line.
(b) Parallel slot clamp method: The ground electrician transmits the parallel slot clamp dismounting rod and the insulating socket wrench to the rod, and the second electrician clamps the parallel slot clamp with the parallel slot clamp dismounting rod. Then, the first electrician steadies the parallel groove clamp and dismounts the rod, and the second electrician dismounts the parallel groove clamp with an insulating socket wrench.
(c) Drainage clamp method, that is, the ground electrician transfers the operating rod of the drainage clamp to the rod, and the second electrician removes the drainage clamp with the operating rod of the drainage clamp to separate the drainage clamp from the main conductor.
(8) The first electrician locks the drainage line with the insulating lock rod and slowly lowers it, and the second electrician fixes the lowered drainage line on the cross arm or pole to prevent it from swinging or affecting the operation.
(9) Remove the other end of the drain pipe and lower it to the ground.
(10) The drainage lines of the other two phases can be removed in the same way as mentioned above.
(1 1) Dismantle the insulation shielding devices from far and near step by step and place them on the ground one by one.
(12) After the inspection, the electrician on the pole returned to the ground.
1.3 safety precautions
(1) It is forbidden to break the drainage line with load.
(2) During operation, the clear distance between adjacent elevators of operators and the minimum effective insulation length of working tools should meet the requirements of "Electric Safety Work Regulations" and "Technical Guidelines for Distribution Line with Points".
(3) The operator should insulate and shield all charged bodies in the area that the human body may come into contact with through the insulating operating rod.
(4) Disconnection should start from the edge phase. After one phase is completed, quickly insulate and shield, and then operate the other phase.
(5) Wear complete safety protection equipment during operation.
(6) Apply to stop reclosing.
