Wheatstone, born in/kloc-0 on February 6th, 802, is a British physicist, who invented the Wheatstone bridge to accurately measure resistance, which is widely used in various laboratories. 1834, Professor of Experimental Philosophy, King's College London. In the same year, he measured the speed of current in the conductor with a rotating mirror. According to his proposal, this rotating mirror is used to measure the speed of light. Three years later, he obtained the patent of early wired telegraph with the British company W.F. Cook-Dow. 1843, at the suggestion of the British mathematician S. Christie, he successfully developed the Wheatstone Bridge and popularized its application. He also invented a stereoscopic mirror for observing stereoscopic images, which is still used to observe X-rays and aerial photography. He first used electromagnets in generators and invented the rules of fair play.

He inherited his father's ambition and took part in the 1830 July Revolution to overthrow the Restoration Dynasty. Self-taught, 1829 became famous with the romantic historical drama Henry III and His Court. Based on the religious war in the16th century, the play reflects the intrigue within the feudal ruling class, thus alluding to the reality of the Restoration Dynasty. It has achieved great success in the French drama circle and has had a fierce impact on pseudo-classical drama. Subsequent plays such as Christina (1830) and Anthony (183 1) were all sensational. His representative works three musketeers and The Count of Monte Cristo are well received by readers.
