What kinds of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are there to treat lumbago and leg pain?
At present, there are many commonly used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which can be roughly divided into the following categories: (1) salicylic acid: acetylsalicylic acid, that is, aspirin, the most commonly used. Its curative effect is positive, but its side effects are also very obvious. At present, aspirin preparations are mostly enteric-coated tablets, with antipyretic and analgesic effects of 0.3-0.5g each time, three times a day and anti-rheumatism effects of 3-3 times a day. Pay close attention to the side effects of 1.0- 1.5g each time. (2) Propionic acid: The common varieties in the market are ibuprofen, fenbid and naproxen. Fenbid is a sustained-release agent of ibuprofen, with few adverse reactions and easy acceptance by patients. Naproxen has a long half-life of 14 ~ 6544. Fenbid 0.3-0.6g each time, twice a day; Naproxen 0.5 ~ 0.75g each time, 1 ~ 2 times a day. (3) Indoles: indomethacin (indomethacin), quinoline (sulindac), etc. These drugs have prominent anti-inflammatory effects, and their antipyretic and analgesic effects are similar to those of aspirin. Among these drugs, indomethacin has the strongest anti-inflammatory effect and quinoline has the least nephrotoxicity. Cinobufotalin 0.2 ~ 0.4g, twice a day, the elderly and renal insufficiency should be the first choice. (4) Acetic acid: methyl formate, clofenamic acid, diclofenac acid and flufenamic acid. Flufenamic acid is commonly used in clinic, 0.2g each time, three times a day. (5) Acetic acid: Diclofenac sodium, that is, voltarin, is the most commonly used. Can reduce the side effects of gastrointestinal tract. Its curative effect is affirmative. (6) Xikang: Tong Yan Xikang, etc. Recently, it has been rarely used because of the great side effects. (7) Pralidone: butazone, hydroxybutazone, etc. This medicine is very toxic and rarely used. There are more than 100 kinds of NSAIDs, from the earliest aspirin to the latest etoricoxib tablets. We should choose the appropriate NSAIDs according to the specific situation.
