Acceptance conditions:
According to the Interim Measures for the Management of New Citizen's Points in Zhangjiagang City, any new citizen who has applied for residence permit or temporary residence permit in our city and has been working or living in our city for more than 1 year may apply to be included in the management scope of new citizen's points in our city. Eligible new citizens can bring their identity card, residence permit or temporary residence permit, household registration certificate issued by the public security organ of their place of residence and relevant certification materials to the new citizen affairs centers of towns (districts) for points registration. After 45 working days of successfully submitting the application materials, new citizens can log in to Zhangjiagang New Citizen Service Network with their ID numbers to check their personal points. The scoring standard of new citizens' integral management consists of three parts: basic score, additional score and deduction, in which the basic score includes three contents: personal quality, insurance participation and living conditions; Additional points include personal basic situation, shortage of applicable talents, patent innovation, recognition and reward, social contribution, investment and tax payment, health and epidemic prevention and other seven contents; Deduction points include violation of family planning and crime. When the points reach a certain standard, new citizens can enjoy the relevant urbanization treatment.
