A patent application may be entrusted to a patent agency, or a patent application document may be submitted to the Patent Office. The specific process is as follows:
1) Prepare patent application documents (including claims, specifications, drawings of specifications, abstracts and drawings of abstracts).
2) Fill in the patent application request (including invention name, applicant, inventor and related information, etc.). ).
3) Pay the patent application fee.
4) After submitting these to the Patent Office, you can get the application date and application number, which are the only numbers to be examined by the Patent Office in the future. The formal admission notice will be issued within two weeks after the application date.
5) When the Patent Office examines and issues a notice of examination opinions or a notice of correction, the applicant needs to reply within the prescribed time limit. After the examination is finally qualified, the patent office issues a notice of authorization, indicating that it agrees to authorize.
6) The announcement of patent authorization shall take effect after the applicant registers (pays) the authorization.
An applicant for a patent for invention may request the Patent Office to speed up the examination, but it may not be approved.
The probability that a patent is favored by the state is also relatively low.
