National standard method for nutrient detection of fertilizers

National standard method for nutrient detection of fertilizers

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Standardization Administration approved and issued the national standard GB 2 1633-2008 (hereinafter referred to as the "new standard") for compound fertilizers, which will be officially implemented on June 65438+February 1 day, 2008. This standard is a compulsory national standard for some articles. After the implementation of the standard, the internal quality and product identification of compound fertilizer (BB fertilizer) produced by enterprises should implement the new standard, but the national standard GB 15063-200 1 can no longer be implemented. The following are some key points of the new standard.

I. Scope of application of standards

The new standard is applicable to granular fertilizers made of at least two of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium by dry mixing. It is suitable for compound fertilizer made by mixing one or more granules of granular nitrogen fertilizer (such as large granular urea), granular phosphorus fertilizer (such as ammonium phosphate) and granular potassium fertilizer by dry mixing method. The new standard does not apply to the products of compound fertilizer that only dry mix one or more of organic particles, biological agent particles and medium and trace element particles.

Second, nutritional indicators do not distinguish between high, medium and low concentrations.

Different from the national standard of compound fertilizer, which is divided into high, medium and low concentrations according to the total nutrient content, the new standard has only one index: the total nutrient is not less than 35.0%. The percentage, water content and particle size (2.00 mm ~ 4.00 mm) of water-soluble phosphorus in available phosphorus are not less than 60%, 2.0% and 70% respectively.

Third, there has been a new breakthrough in medium and trace elements.

200 1 When revising the national standard of compound fertilizer (compound fertilizer), the state also issued GB 15063-200 1 Compound fertilizer (compound fertilizer) and GB 18382-200 1 Fertilizer label content and In order to prevent some enterprises from misleading consumers by including medium and trace elements in total nutrients at that time, the standard clearly stipulates that those who add medium and trace elements shall not be marked on packaging containers and quality certificates. However, considering that trace elements are also indispensable nutrients for crops, the interface of "except those stipulated by national standards or industry standards" is reserved in the standard. In recent years, the promotion of soil testing and formula fertilization in China has been increasing. It is becoming more and more important to adjust the ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium while increasing the application of medium and trace elements. In 2006, the Ministry of Agriculture issued the agricultural industry standard NY/T112-2006 Formula Fertilizer, which banned trace elements such as iron, manganese, copper, zinc, boron and molybdenum for the first time. The standard stipulates that the contents of iron, manganese, copper, zinc and boron are not less than 0.2%, and the content of molybdenum is not less than 0.0 1%, which can be indicated in the packaging label, but not included in the total nutrients. The new standard issued this time stipulates that no less than 2.0% of single medium elements and no less than 0.02% of single trace elements can be marked on the packaging label, but the total nutrients are not included. At present, the detection methods of trace elements are implemented according to GB/T 19203-2003 and GB/T 14540-2003 standards.

Fourth, the sampling scheme is more scientific and reasonable.

During the storage and transportation of mixed fertilizer (BB fertilizer), particles with different densities are easy to delaminate, which will cause uneven distribution of nutrients in the package. According to the sampling scheme stipulated in the national standard of compound fertilizer, the nutrient detection results are prone to deviate from the actual situation. According to the characteristics of products mixed with chemical fertilizer, the new standard stipulates a more scientific and reasonable sampling scheme: using a special sampling probe with inner and outer double layers and a rotatable closed inner tank; Sampling from four corners of the package in turn; The total sample size is not less than 4 kg; The sample must be divided by a lattice divider.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) new rules about identity

According to the requirements of the new standard, the product name can only be "mixed fertilizer" or "mixed fertilizer (BB fertilizer)". If the chloride ion content is more than 3%, it must be clearly marked with "chlorine" in Chinese, and it cannot be replaced by "chlorine", "chlorine" and "cl". In addition, the "chlorine-containing" label shall not be marked with the words of potassium sulfate (type), potassium nitrate (type), sulfur-based, etc., which may easily lead users to mistakenly think that the product does not contain chlorine. The mixed fertilizer containing ammonium nitrate raw materials should indicate the mass fraction of ammonium nitrate on the front of the package and the safety precautions on the label.

Sixth, the packaging specifications of ton bags have been increased.

BB fertilizer is Bulk blending fertilizer in English, which means bulk mixed fertilizer. BB fertilizer is mostly transported in short distance in bulk abroad, and there is basically no bulk fertilizer in China at present. In the new standard, 65,438+000 kg bag packaging is included in the net content specification for the first time, mainly because the planting industry in some areas of China has been intensified, and there will be a certain demand for bulk or ton bag fertilizer.
