Jolywood was established in 2008, and the group is headquartered in Changshu, Jiangsu. It is a key high-tech enterprise under the National Torch Plan and was successfully listed in 2014 (stock code: SZ300393). It is the first A-share listed company to use photovoltaic backsheets as its main business.
