Desulfurization principle

The cyclone jet gas explosion desulfurization and dust removal device consists of a quenching section, an air inlet section, a desulfurization section and a dehydration and defogging section, wherein the desulfurization section consists of a cyclone jet gas explosion tube assembly and a slurry storage tank, flue gas enters the air inlet section through the quenching section, the air outlet end of the air inlet section is connected with the cyclone jet gas explosion tube assembly, and the bottom of the cyclone jet gas explosion tube assembly is inserted into the slurry storage tank; After being cooled by the quenching section, the flue gas enters the cyclone jet gas explosion tube assembly through the gas inlet section and fully collides with the injected alkali solution; After the initial reaction between sulfur dioxide in flue gas and alkali liquor, it is injected into slurry storage tank through jet bubbling, further absorbed, oxidized and crystallized into gypsum, and the purified flue gas is discharged from the chimney through the dehydration and defogging section.

Due to the secondary absorption in the bubbling zone, the liquid-gas ratio is greatly reduced, and high desulfurization efficiency can be obtained even if the liquid-gas ratio is very small.

With the decrease of liquid-gas ratio, the circulating amount of absorption liquid also decreases, which not only saves industrial water, but also reduces the scale of corresponding water treatment equipment, reducing one-time investment, energy consumption and operating expenses.

There is no limit to the capacity of purified flue gas, and the allowable flue gas volume range is wide, and it has strong adaptability to coal type and sulfur content range.
