During installation, the detachable movable mounting plates (***4 pieces) are respectively inserted into the mounting plate sockets at the bottom of the box body, fixed with two M8*8 screws, and then fixed in the installation position with expansion screws.
After the photovoltaic lightning protection busbar box is connected to the photovoltaic power generation system according to the principle and installation wiring diagram, the grounding end of the lightning protection busbar box should be reliably connected to the lightning protection grounding wire or busbar, and the connecting wire should be as short and straight as possible, and the cross-sectional area of the connecting wire should not be less than 16mm2. The grounding resistance value should not be greater than 4 ohms, otherwise the grounding grid should be rectified to ensure the lightning protection effect. After the installation is completed and checked, it can be put into use.
The input terminal is located at the lower part of the chassis. Note that the connection line with the output anode of photovoltaic module is located on the left side of the bottom, while the connection line with the output cathode of photovoltaic module is located on the right side of the bottom. When wiring, the user needs to unscrew the waterproof terminal, then connect the connecting wire to the fuse socket, tighten the screw, fix the connecting wire, and finally tighten the waterproof terminal on the outside.
The output includes DC positive electrode and DC negative electrode, which are grounded after confluence. There are four terminals to choose from, and the grounding wire is yellow-green wire. When wiring, users need to unscrew the waterproof terminal, then connect the wiring, then tighten the screws to fix the wiring, and finally tighten the waterproof terminal on the outside.
This photovoltaic lightning protection junction box does not need special maintenance. In order to prevent the lightning protection module from failing, its working status should be checked regularly. Especially after the lightning, it is necessary to check it in time. If the failure indicator light on the panel changes from "green" to "red", please contact the seller or manufacturer in time.
The fuse should be checked regularly to prevent the battery panel from being in an open circuit state after the fuse is blown, and the photovoltaic battery energy cannot be output;
Input and output can't be reversed, otherwise the following equipment may not work normally, or even damage other equipment;
The electrical components contained in the box are specially customized products of photovoltaic lightning protection junction box and cannot be mixed with ordinary products. If it is necessary to replace it, please contact the seller or manufacturer, and pay attention to prevent high-voltage electrical injury of solar photovoltaic cells when replacing the fuse core (special DC high-voltage capacitor core);
When testing or maintaining this equipment, pay attention to the possibility that the input and output may be charged to prevent electric shock or damage to other equipment;
The soft copper wire of 4mm2 shall be used for the input wire, and the soft copper wire of not less than 16mm2 shall be used for the output wire and grounding wire.
