MediaTek Helio P60 is the first new generation SoC launched by MediaTek with built-in multi-core artificial intelligence processor (Mobile APU: AI Processing Unit) and NeuroPilot AI technology. Compared with the previous generation product Helio P23 and Helio P30, CPU and GPU performance are both improved by 70%. The 12nm FinFET process technology improves the excellent power consumption performance of Helio P60 and greatly extends the battery life of the mobile phone.
Helio P60 adopts an eight-core big and small core (big.LITTLE) architecture, built-in four arm A73 2.0Ghz processors and four arm A53 2.0Ghz processors; using TSMC’s 12nm FinFET process technology, it is currently the MediaTek Helio P series is the system-on-chip with the best power consumption performance.
MT6739 is an entry-level processor released by MediaTek in India at the end of September 2017. Honor Play 7 was launched in China.
In terms of CPU specifications, MediaTek MT6739 uses a relatively outdated 28nm process, equipped with four Cortex-A53 core designs, with a maximum main frequency of 1.5GHz, and a built-in GPU PowerVR GE8100, which supports 18:9 full screen. It only supports up to 720P screen and up to 8 million + 300,000 pixel dual cameras.
