This bottle is made of porcelain tires made of kaolin balls unique to Liling, and hand-painted with patterns such as "Peony" and "Lotus". Produced by Liling Municipal People's Government and China Cultural Relics Society, Professor Zhang Shouzhi, a porcelain expert from the State Council, served as the general art consultant, and Chen, a master of arts and crafts from China, presided over the firing.

The bottleneck of peony bottle and lotus bottle are all marked with "60th Anniversary", and the bottom of the bottle is branded with "60th Anniversary Special National Porcelain" wax seal, and the burning date is unique. The peony bottle is painted with six peonies and three stamens, symbolizing "rich China". The country is rich and strong. The lotus bottle is painted with six lotus flowers and three stamens, which symbolizes "harmony and prosperity", the prosperity of the country and the harmonious development of society. The height of the bottle is 39 cm, and the diameter of the bottle mouth is 12.5 cm. It is made of "kaolin", and the thin tire (as thin as 0.28 cm) is as white as jade, transparent and moist.
