It is reported that the helicopter AC3 13 independently developed by China will be tested. This aircraft is a 13-ton civil helicopter, which adopts the latest technology and is developed in accordance with the international airworthiness standards and airworthiness certification procedures in line with international standards. The development of AC3 13 helicopter has entered the prototype production stage, and its overall performance has reached the advanced technical level in the world today.
After more than 50 years of development, China's helicopter industry has more than 30 models of products, forming a relatively complete product series from 1 ton to 13 ton, and nearly a thousand helicopters have been delivered. What is more remarkable is that China helicopter industry has established a complete R&D, testing, production and service system, formed a series of product patterns, and integrated into the international aviation industry chain. Li, chairman of the helicopter company, said that China's helicopters have been exported and are heading for the international market.
● Technology is in line with international standards.
At the end of the year, the new 13-ton civil helicopter AC3 13 will be tested. The aircraft adopts advanced turboshaft engine, high-power transmission system, spherical flexible composite rotor system and integrated avionics system to improve maintainability and comfort, and upgrade the structure and system safety in an all-round way. This is a medium and large civil aircraft independently developed by China. Looking at its overall performance, it can rank among the world's advanced helicopters.
Engine development is one of the core technologies of helicopter development. Breakthroughs have been made in the development of key helicopter turboshaft engines in China. The first full indirect heating medium pressure combustion chamber performance tester developed by AVIC Power Research Institute realized the change of heating mode from direct heating to indirect heating, and its variable frequency oil supply system and afterburner were patented respectively. At present, turboshaft engines assembled by helicopters in China are basically imported or copied. The successful development of this testing machine provides a solid experimental research platform for the research of the first key turboshaft engine combustion chamber with completely independent intellectual property rights in China.
Unmanned helicopter technology is favored by all countries in the world. At present, only a few countries such as the United States and Germany have this technology. In August this year, the research group of "Key Technology Research and Machine Development of Small Unmanned Helicopter System" jointly established by Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Harbin Institute of Technology conquered the core technology of small unmanned helicopter called "aerial robot", and successfully completed the test in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area and high altitude area in Tibet. In the past, the core technology of China unmanned helicopter mainly depended on foreign countries, but after three years of independent research and development, the research group has mastered a series of core technologies, such as the development of the underlying hardware, the estimation of flight attitude, the control algorithm of flight attitude and the integration of flight platform, which indicates that China has become one of the advanced technologies in the field of unmanned helicopter.
● The industrial structure is more reasonable.
For a long time, the civilian market of helicopter industry in China is very small. By the end of 2008, China had 174 civilian helicopters, far below the world average of 5 civilian helicopters per million people. In the next 20 years, if China wants to reach the current world level, there will be a huge market of at least 3,000 civilian helicopters, and the average annual output value of the helicopter industry itself and related industries will exceed 654.38+0.5 billion yuan. The world's major aviation giants are aiming at the China market one after another, and a new round of market competition in China helicopter industry is inevitable.
Facing the new competitive situation in the civil helicopter market, AVIC and Tianjin * * * jointly established AVIC Helicopter Company to establish the core gathering base of Tianjin helicopter industry. Li pointed out that the helicopter company will become the assembly base of civil helicopters in China. This is also an important measure to integrate into the world aviation industry chain strategy.
As far as product pattern is concerned, China's helicopter industry has formed a relatively complete product series from 1 ton to 13 ton, with more than 30 models of products mainly including Zhi -8, Zhi -9 and Zhi-1/and delivered nearly 1,000 helicopters. AVIC is independently developing or cooperating to develop new 1 ton AC3 10 civil helicopter, 2-ton AC30 1A civil helicopter, 6-ton AC352 civil helicopter and 13 civil helicopter, and is preparing to develop heavy-duty civil helicopters, thus forming a light and heavy-duty civil helicopter.
● Independent research and development capability has reached the world advanced level.
China helicopter industry has experienced the development process of patent introduction, cooperative development and independent development. Domestic helicopters have made great progress in application fields and technological innovation. Zhi -8 is the largest helicopter in Asia designed and developed by China, and it is also one of the few helicopters in the world that can take off and land on water without emergency floating bodies. Widely used in personnel and cargo transportation, airdrop and airborne, search and rescue, emergency rescue, forest fire prevention and other fields. Zhi -9 is a typical achievement of introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation, which is widely used in automobile transportation, hanging operation, police law enforcement, search and rescue, forest protection and fire prevention, emergency medical rescue and other fields. Zhi-1 1 is a helicopter with independent intellectual property rights, which is widely used in police law enforcement, customs anti-smuggling, communication command, emergency medical rescue and other fields.
Domestic helicopters have established a relatively complete scientific research and production system. On the basis of the self-developed Z8 series, Z9 series and Z 1 1 series helicopters, HC 120, S-92, CA 109 helicopters were specially developed for civil cooperation with foreign countries, and the H 465438+ with good high temperature plateau performance was independently developed.
The AVIC helicopter industrial base in Tianjin, which is under construction, aims to develop the assembly of civil helicopters independently developed by China. The work of Tianjin New Helicopter R&D Center has also started. The development level of helicopters in China has stepped into a digital and integrated modern scientific research and production track, focusing on mastering key technologies such as rotor system, transmission system, power plant and composite materials, so that the independent research and development capability of helicopters has reached the world advanced level.
● Going to the international market
As a high-tech and high-input industry, the helicopter industry has brought unprecedented market prospects. In 2007, the annual output of helicopters in the world was about 1820, with an annual output value of about 9.5 billion US dollars, including 1352 civilian helicopters with an output value of about 2.5 billion US dollars and 392 military helicopters with an output value of about 6 billion US dollars. The helicopter industry has become a key supporting industry in the United States, Japan, Russia and other countries.
China has extensively participated in the world cooperation in helicopter development and sales, and has entered the international market. In September this year, the first domestic A 109E helicopter completed by Jiangxi Changhe Agusta Helicopter Company was boxed and shipped to Italy, which marked the official opening of the domestic assembly line of A 109E helicopter. This is also the first export of domestic civil helicopter processing trade.
Take Harbin Aircraft Industry Group as an example. In 2007, the 500th EC 120 helicopter developed and produced by Harbin Aircraft Industry Group in conjunction with French and Singaporean enterprises was delivered to the German Ministry of the Interior. At present, it has occupied 75% of the international market of 1.5 ton helicopters. In 2008, the Z 15 helicopter jointly developed and produced by Hafei and Eurocopter won the orders of11from three companies in North America, Asia and Europe. In June 5438+10, Hafei signed a purchase agreement to export two H425 multi-purpose helicopters to Namibia, realizing the first export of H425 helicopters.
