Since its establishment, the company has always put continuous innovation and research and development in the first place, and has been committed to the research and development of underwear products for many years.

1994 Pullman underwear entered China, and the "bullet underwear" developed by the company set off an unprecedented fashion trend with its unique design and excellent quality. In 2003, the company took the lead in launching a patented product-computer jacquard diamond plaid series underwear, which led the fashion trend of underwear wearing outside and was imitated by many underwear manufacturers.

Over the years, the company has always attached great importance to the introduction and training of R&D talents, and hired top design talents from home and abroad and Taiwan Province Province. At present, there are more than 40 employees in R&D department, 90% of whom have college education or above, including 8 chief designers of various brand products, all of whom have more than 10 years of design experience in underwear and clothing industry. Professional and excellent R&D team has become the most powerful guarantee for Qingdao Datong Textile to lead the underwear industry in China.

In order to implement the business philosophy of "R&D first", the enterprise increased R&D investment, and invested more than 30 million yuan to build the first underwear R&D center in Asia in 2008. The R&D Building is eight stories high with a building area of 625 square meters. Its functions are set as follows:

The first floor is the company's brand new product exhibition area, R&D sample production area and R&D department archives storage area;

The second floor is the office area of R&D department, and the back of the office area is specially equipped with the most advanced marking typesetting system in China.

The third floor is a multi-functional exhibition hall, specially equipped with lighting and audio control room and fitting room for male and female models, which can meet the needs of the company to hold two new product launches a year.

The fourth floor is the research and development laboratory, equipped with the most advanced testing equipment in China, such as color fastness tester, PH tester, ball milling tester and bursting strength tester. To ensure the quality stability from main and auxiliary raw materials to finished products.

The fifth floor is the office of the planning department and the exhibition area of the company's latest brand, DKDC Underwear Life Museum.

The sixth and seventh floors are the spare office areas of the R&D department.

The eighth floor is the chairman's office.
