What should I do if the cement rotary kiln bursts?

To solve the bursting problem of cement rotary kiln, we should start from the following aspects:

(1) As there are overlapping operations in equipment maintenance and castable construction during the maintenance period of cement production enterprises, all departments must coordinate and arrange the construction progress of castable in various parts of cement rotary kiln. For some castables that are difficult to bake (grate cooler, kiln head cover and front kiln mouth), priority should be given to pouring construction, and sufficient curing time should be reserved; At the same time, the construction unit should be supervised, and the mixing, adding water, formwork support and maintenance of castable should be carried out in strict accordance with the construction instructions.

(2) When the kiln head cover is constructed, it is best to leave an exhaust hole. The specific drilling requirements are: 300mmX300mm, embedded with wood strips with a diameter of 5mm, and the depth is half of that of castable.

(3) After the pouring hole of the kiln head cover is closed, eight vent holes should be reserved and waterproof. At the same time, in order to ensure that the refractory castable at the front kiln mouth does not burst during baking, it is best to leave vent holes with bamboo sticks with a diameter of 3mm, and the layout of vent holes is per square meter 100.

(4) During the medium and overhaul of the cement kiln, before using the burner to spray the rotary kiln, some special parts (grate cooler, kiln head cover and front kiln mouth) should be baked with firewood, and the baking time should not be less than 12h. At the same time, the heating rate in the drying kiln should not be too fast. For low cement series castables, when the lining thickness is 200~400mm, the optimal heating rate is 65438 05℃ per hour, which fully meets the needs of lining heating.

(5) When there is no baking time for emergency repair or unexpected kiln stop, castable combined with aluminate can be used. In addition, adding 0. 1%~0.3% explosion-proof fiber into castable can also improve the explosion-proof performance of castable.
