College was established in September, 1984. Formerly known as Yangquan Coal College of Shanxi Institute of Mining and Technology, 1986 was renamed Yangquan Coal College, and 200 1 was listed as Yangquan College of Taiyuan University of Technology, and began to recruit undergraduates.
