2. The Patent Law 1984 was adopted at the 4th meeting of the 6th NPC Standing Committee on March 2nd, and the Decision on Amending the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) was revised for the first time at the 27th meeting of the 7th NPC Standing Committee on September 4th. The Decision on Amending the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) was revised for the second time at the 17th meeting of the Ninth NPC Standing Committee on August 25th, 2000 and for the third time at the 6th meeting of the 11th NPC Standing Committee on February 27th, 2008.
