Sharp game patent

Sharp pointed out that the court found that Daimler's automobile products applying the patent of LTE communication standard infringed Sharp's patent right, rejected Daimler's defense that Sharp infringed FRAND, and sentenced Daimler to pay damages and submit the sales materials of the infringing products. The court also approved Sharp's injunction application, and Sharp may ask the court to enforce the injunction after submitting the guarantee. Daimler can appeal the judgment in this case.
