The Guangdong Patent Award was established by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government. 1, Guangdong province patent gold award, merit award reporting conditions.
(1) The reporting entity is the patentee or implementing entity registered within the administrative region of this province and with independent legal personality;
(2) Patent application: an invention, utility model or design patent (excluding national defense patent and confidential patent) that has been granted a patent right by China National Intellectual Property Administration one month before the notice of launching the selection activity;
(3) The patent right is valid and stable, there is no dispute over the ownership of the patent, the inventor or the designer, and the patent right is not in the request procedure for invalidation;
(4) the patent has strong innovation, high technical level or unique design, and has achieved remarkable economic or social benefits after implementation;
⑤ Patented technology and its products conform to national and provincial industrial and environmental protection policies;
⑥ The patent has relatively perfect protection measures;
⑦ The patent has not won the China Patent Award or the Guangdong Patent Award;
(8) The number of projects declared by each applicant in the same technical field shall not exceed 2 (the invention and utility model projects are divided into seven professional groups, namely machinery, photoelectricity, materials, electricity, communication, chemistry and medicine, which are designed separately).
2, Guangdong province outstanding inventors reporting conditions
The applicant is a patent inventor or designer in China who lives within the administrative region of this province;

(5) the patent has been implemented or applied, and has achieved remarkable economic, social or ecological benefits, making substantial contributions to promoting technological progress in related fields;
