I came late, but I brought my own stunt to test drive Citroen Tianyi PHEV.

Nowadays, new energy vehicles have become half the sky in China automobile market, and most manufacturers are in full swing to introduce countless new energy vehicles to the market. One brand didn't launch its first new energy product until today, that is Dongfeng Citroen Tianyi plug-in four-wheel drive SUV (hereinafter referred to as Tianyi PHEV). "Three Machines and Four Wheels" Power System

In today's article, we should start with the power of this Tianyi PHEV. Its power consists of three parts: engine, front drive motor and rear drive motor.

"P0+P2+P4" Three-motor Architecture

The motor architecture of P0+P2+P4 adopted by Tianyi PHEV is also one of its advantages. Compared with the P0+P4 structure of general plug-in hybrid vehicle, the extra P2 of PHEV enables it to cope with different driving conditions in a more ideal working condition. First of all, P0 motor is what we often call BSG- belt starter generator, and it is also the basic mechanism of hybrid electric vehicle, including 48V optical hybrid system. P2 front motor is integrated into ATN8 gearbox of Aisin to form an eight-speed electric automatic gearbox of e-ATN8. It can realize pure electric drive, hybrid drive with engine, and also play the role of generator, or charge the power battery, or provide electric energy for the rear motor to drive the vehicle, and also recover braking energy.

The rear axle is matched with the P4 frame motor built in the three-in-one electric drive assembly. It can drive the vehicle independently, realize pure electric four-wheel drive with the front motor and hybrid four-wheel drive with the engine, and recover braking energy.

Therefore, under the cooperative work of P2 motor, P4 motor and engine, under different modes and working conditions, the three power units sometimes work independently and sometimes work in a mixed way, forming a unique 12 working state of Tianyi PHEV.

When the four-wheel drive mode is selected for unpaved pavement, the rear motor will continue to work, and the engine and the front motor will intervene as needed to ensure the passability on unpaved pavement and achieve the best economy. In order to ensure that the rear drive motor can work continuously in the four-wheel drive mode, when the battery power is too low, the engine will forcibly intervene to charge the battery for the rear drive motor to work.

For legal brands such as Citroen, excellent chassis training has always been their proud advantage. On this Tianyi PHEV, we also experienced the well-deserved "Chassis Master Training". Its PHC adaptive hydraulic stability technology comes from WRC champion technology, which can bring better vibration filtering feeling to the occupants in the car.

Through the field test on the grassland dirt road, which is a typical bad road, Tianyi PHEV can well filter the small bumps on the road, and the big bumps can also become a softer and more comfortable feeling under the guarantee of Citroen master chassis adjustment technology, instead of the very tough feeling of going straight up and down.

Under the guarantee of three power units, there is no doubt about the acceleration ability of PHEV in Tianyi. The NVH performance of Tianyi PHEV is also a big surprise. Because a large number of acoustic materials are carefully arranged in the engine compartment, the noise in the engine compartment is hardly felt in the car. The front window adopts ultra-quiet front sound insulation film, which greatly increases the sound insulation effect of glass and improves the ride comfort. The sound insulation film used in the wheel cover can minimize engine noise and tire noise, and effectively isolate the noise outside the car.

The rear of the car continues the soft and bold French model, and the circular and rectangular design elements continue to the design of taillights. After such a taillight is lit at night, people who know it can recognize it at a glance. The exhaust pipes on both sides of the tunnel are equally serious about this design element.

At first glance, the interior is not as amazing as the appearance, and a large number of slightly square straight-line designs highlight the simple style, but if you look closely, you will find that the French have buried a lot of thoughts in the details. Although the contrast between brown, red and black is not unusual now, at least it doesn't look boring.
