The copper tubes in copper-aluminum composite radiators are commonly known as copper tubes. Combining domestic and foreign experience, North American countries have promoted copper tube and aluminum fin convection radiators for more than 60 years since the 1940s, and my country also has nearly 10 years of experience in use. To sum up, the various types of copper tube radiators we currently promote, such as copper-aluminum composite column airfoils, are more reliable using TP2 and TU2 copper tubes.
In the production process of copper-aluminum composite radiators, the composite process of copper tubes and aluminum sheets, and the connection technology of headers and water channels have always been the focus of debate among all parties. Due to poor welding technology and poor quality of some welding rods, it is often easy to cause defective products, corrosion and water leakage.
The seamless flux-cored aluminum welding wire recently developed by Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute has better solved the above problems and has been well received by industry experts. Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute is currently one of the major domestic copper-aluminum connection technology research units, with a history of more than 50 years of research on brazing materials and brazing processes. Seamless flux-cored aluminum welding wire is manufactured using advanced patented powder injection technology. The precise process parameters completely eliminate the industry problems of corrosion, preservation and ring making. This copper-aluminum welding filler metal has been maturely used in the copper-aluminum composite radiator industry.
