abstract
The invention discloses a ceramic heat exchanger, a ceramic material and a production method thereof. The formula of the ceramic material comprises a matrix material component A, an aggregate component B and a binder in percentage by weight. In A, mullite powder 20-40%, cordierite powder 20-40%, talcum powder 10-36%, clay powder 10-30% and α-Al2O3 powder 10-. The weight ratio of component A to component B is1~1.5:1~1.5. When producing ceramic materials, A is made into mud cake, then B and binder are added, and the ceramic materials are obtained through mud refining, aging, mixing, molding, drying and sintering. The sintering temperature is 1300- 1400℃ and the sintering time is 36-48h. The ceramic heat exchanger and the ceramic material of the invention are resistant to high temperature and energy saving, and the production method of the ceramic material is mature and suitable for industrial production.
