2. General rules
2. 1 Units engaged in the design and construction of cable fireproof plugging must have corresponding design and construction qualifications.
2.2 Site construction must meet the requirements of safe and civilized construction of power system.
3. Cable insertion position
3. 1 Cable holes and holes in control room, switch room, capacitor room, arc suppression (grounding transformer) room, protection room, cable interlayer, electrical cabinet (panel), AC /DC cabinet (panel) control panel, instrument panel and protection panel.
3.2 The shaft and cable enter the oil area.
3.3 Cable penetration places such as outdoor junction box, power box and control box.
3.4 Indoor cable trench cables pass through the entrance of switchgear. Other parts that need to be shielded.
4. Material selection
4. 1 plugging materials include organic plugging, inorganic plugging, fireproof partition, fireproof paint, fireproof tape and fireproof package.
4.2 Cable fireproof plugging materials must be tested by the National Center for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing of Fireproof Building Materials, and qualified documents shall be provided. The material quality meets the warranty requirements.
4.3 The quality and appearance of materials must meet the following requirements:
1, organic plugging material does not oxidize, does not leak oil, and has moderate hardness;
2, the inorganic plugging material does not agglomerate and has no impurities;
3. The fire partition is smooth and uniform in thickness.
5. Construction requirements
5. 1 The structure of the fire zone shall meet the following requirements:
5. 1. 1 Before installation, check the appearance quality and product certificate of the partition.
5. 1.2 The installation of fire partition must be firm, reliable and horizontal, and the gaps must be tightly sealed with organic plugging materials.
5. 1.3 The accessories for fixing the fire zone shall meet the corresponding fire resistance rating requirements.
5.2 The construction of organic fireproof plugging material shall meet the following requirements:
5.2. 1 During construction, the organic fireproof plugging material shall be densely embedded in the pores to be plugged.
5.2.2 All wear layers must be wrapped with a layer of organic plugging material (not less than 20mm) and evenly compacted.
5.2.3 When the organic fireproof plugging material is combined with other fireproof materials, the organic fireproof plugging material should be 20mm higher than the partition plate, showing a geometric shape.
5.2.4 The reserved hole of the cable and the two ports of the cable protection tube shall be tightly sealed with organic fireproof plugging material. The depth of the plugging material embedded in the nozzle is not less than 50 mm.
5.3 Inorganic fireproof plugging construction shall meet the following requirements:
5.3. 1 Arrange cables before construction, and carry out the construction in strict accordance with the requirements of product specifications according to the size of holes to be plugged. When the hole area is greater than 0. 1 m2, reinforcement measures should be taken where there may be pedestrians.
5.3.2 When building a firewall, the thickness of the firewall shall not be less than 250mm. ..
5.3.3 The firewall shall be set at the cable bracket (bracket) and shall be firmly constructed; When cable holes are set on the firewall of outdoor cable trench, organic sealing materials should be used to seal them tightly, and drainage holes should be set at the bottom.
5.4 The construction of flame retardant package shall meet the following requirements:
5.4. 1 Before construction, make necessary arrangement for cables and check whether the flame retardant package is damaged. Do not use damaged flame retardant packaging.
5.4.2 It is advisable to wrap a layer of organic fireproof plugging material around the cable, and embed the fireproof packages evenly into the cable gap, and the fireproof packages should be stacked in a cross way.
5.4.3 When the firestop wall is wrapped with firestop, a brick pier is built at the bottom of the firestop wall; And there are drainage holes, and fixed measures should be taken to prevent the firewall from collapsing.
5.5 The construction of self-adhesive fire partition shall meet the following requirements:
5.5. 1 Arrange cables before construction.
5.5.2 Carry out the construction according to the requirements of the product manual.
5.5.3 Multiple control cables with smaller cross sections are allowed to be wound with self-adhesive fireproof wrapping tape, and the gaps at both ends are blocked with organic fireproof plugging materials.
5.6 Fire retardant coating construction shall meet the following requirements:
5.6. 1 Clean the dust and oil stain on the cable surface before construction. Mix the paint well before painting. If the paint is too thick, add corresponding thinner to dilute it according to the paint product.
5.6.2 The cables laid horizontally shall be painted evenly along the cable direction, and the cables laid vertically shall be painted from top to bottom. The number and thickness of brushing should meet the requirements of the product, and the interval between each brushing should not be less than the specified time.
5.6.3 When cables are laid densely or in bundles, they shall be painted one by one, without omission.
5.6.4 Both ends of cables passing through walls, holes and floors shall be coated. The distance between the coating length and the building should not be less than 1m, and the coating should be neat.
6. Acceptance requirements
6. 1 When the cable fire prevention project is accepted, the construction unit shall submit the following materials:
6. 1. 1 Design and construction drawing, product specification and product certificate.

6. 1.3 Provide as-built drawings after construction acceptance.
6.2 The fireproof partition wall shall be installed firmly, without gaps and gaps, and the appearance shall be smooth and beautiful.
6.3 The organic fireproof plugging material shall be sealed firmly, without light leakage, air leakage, cracking and falling off, and the surface shall be smooth and flat.
6.4 The surface of inorganic fireproof plugging material shall be smooth and level, and there shall be no defects such as pulverization, hardening and cracking.
6.5 The stack of flame retardant packages shall be dense and firm, the reverse side shall be regarded as opaque, and the appearance shall be neat.
6.6 Self-adhesive fireproof packaging tape shall be evenly wound according to the provisions of overlapping half, and there shall be no looseness.
6.7 The coating surface of fire retardant coating should be smooth and dry, without obvious uneven thickness. There should be no coating missing. The coating thickness shall meet the time requirements.
6.8 After the unqualified projects and parts are reworked, the reinspection shall be organized.
