Dewaxing and cleaning means: if you want to add new polish to your car, you must use a dewaxing car wash to wash the car clean. So how does the car get cleaned? The method is very simple. Sprinkle some water on the front machine cover. If the water can cover the paint surface, it means it is clean. If there is exposed paint, it means there is wax or oil stains on the car and it needs to be cleaned again and then waxed.
Non-waxing car wash: If you don’t want to wash off the wax on the car itself, you just want to do daily car washing and maintenance, so you need to use a non-waxing car wash. Do not use washing powder and detergent for daily car washing, as their strong acidic properties will cause the car paint to oxidize, causing the car paint to turn black.
Dewaxing refers to the use of heat to remove organic additives (binders or lubricants) from the compact. Dewaxing process methods: cold press dewaxing, mixed solvent dewaxing, molecular sieve dewaxing, urea dewaxing, bacterial dewaxing, catalytic hydrogen condensation reduction and spray dewaxing, etc. Below normal temperature (30°C), the solubility of wax in grease decreases, and wax crystal particles precipitate to become oil sol, which has all the characteristics of colloid, such as optical and electrical properties. Therefore, the wax content in oil and fat can be measured with the help of a turbidity meter based on the principle of light scattering - Tyndall phenomenon.
Wax is an important industrial raw material and can be used to make wax paper, waterproofing agent, gloss agent, etc. Therefore, removing or extracting wax from oil can achieve the purpose of improving the quality of edible oils and comprehensively utilizing vegetable oil wax sources. The process of removing wax from oil is called dewaxing of oil.
Dewaxing methods can be divided into many types, namely conventional method, solvent method, surfactant method and dewaxing method combining degumming and deacidification. In addition, there are coagulant method, urea method, electrostatic method, etc. Although the auxiliary means used in various methods are different, the basic principles belong to the category of freeze crystallization and separation.
