1. Open the electronic application client and click the option in the system settings drop-down box in the interface.
2. In the pop-up system setting box, select the application mode to check the underlying production environment.
3. Select the service address bar and enter the server address: 202.96.46.61and the port: 7053.
4. Select the "Test" button in the network proxy settings. If the connection is successful and the operation is successful, click OK to complete the configuration.
5. Open the electronic application client and click "Certificate Management" in the digital certificate management.
6. Check the certificate in the pop-up certificate viewer, and the certificate will be used by default the next time the user submits a new application case or intermediate document.
Electronic application signature upload
1. After making the electronic application package, check the case to be submitted in the draft box interface, click the "Signature" button at the top of the interface, select the digital certificate matching the case in the pop-up interface, and click the signature button.
2. If it is a new application case, after the signature is passed, the case will be transferred from the new application in the draft box to the new application in the outbox. First, check "New Application Case" in the outbox, click the "Send" button at the top of the interface, and click the "Start Upload" button in the pop-up interface.
Receive electronic application receipts and notifications
1. After the new application case is submitted successfully, you will automatically receive an electronic application receipt soon. If you haven't received it, please click the "Receive" button at the top of the interface to download it.
2. After receiving the receipt of the electronic application, you need to handle the case in the relevant business. After the processing is completed, you can receive the notification of patent application acceptance and the notification of application fee payment. Enter the downloaded notification interface in the inbox, click the "Receive" button at the top of the interface, and select the notification to download in the pop-up interface.
