How to apply for a patent in a school and what materials are needed?

There are two ways to apply for a patent. One is to organize materials to be mailed or delivered to the agency in China National Intellectual Property Administration or the Patent Office in China National Intellectual Property Administration. Second, it is handled through an agency.

Patents include three kinds of patents: invention patents, utility model patents and design patents.

1. Application documents to be prepared for your own application:

3. To apply for a patent for design, the application documents shall include: a request for a patent for design, pictures or photographs (color pictures or photographs shall be submitted if color protection is required) and a brief description of the design in duplicate. If pictures are submitted, two copies shall be pictures; If photos are submitted, two copies are photos, and pictures or photos shall not be mixed.

Technical disclosure should include the following aspects.

1, prior art. Also known as background technology, it should be the closest technology to the invention made by the applicant. Briefly explain the existing technology from the perspective of technical realization.

For example, how to realize the existing technology in detail for a certain theme, including what structure and steps. , which can be illustrated by the attached drawings.

2. Defects of the existing technology. In view of the realization process of the above existing technical scheme, it is pointed out which technical steps or structural features will inevitably lead to which problems occur.

3. The purpose of the invention. Combined with the defects of the existing technical scheme, this paper expounds the purpose of the invention, as long as it is simply enumerated, as far as possible for the agent's reference.
