Intellectual property rights are tangible and intangible.

In my opinion, intellectual property is an intangible property right, which is different from property ownership. Property ownership is tangible property, and intellectual property is the field of knowledge, including copyright, trademark right and patent right. The difference between tangible property and intangible property lies in the existence of entities. Taking copyright as an example, the key is that the work is an intelligent product, not a material form. In this sense, intellectual property is an intangible right, which is different from the ownership of tangible property. So intellectual property rights are tangible and intangible.
