1. Highest degree and academic qualifications

4. Foreign language proficiency

Foreign language proficiency certificates should generally be obtained at the examination center of the school or training unit.

CET-6 certificate or score of 425 (inclusive) or above, professional English level 8 with 8 points;

CET-4 certificate or score of 425 (inclusive) or above , 7 points for Professional English Level 4;

7 points for passing professional foreign language courses in foreign languages, arts, and sports.

5. Professional skill level

Computer proficiency: 7 points for graduate students with computer proficiency;

7 points for advanced level computer science or majors exempt from this requirement ;

7 points for intermediate computer level or provincial level two for liberal arts majors;

6 points for intermediate or provincial level two level computer for science majors;

6 points for entry-level computer science or provincial first-level courses in liberal arts majors; 6 points for passing courses related to arts and sports majors.

4. Participate in the national special planning program
