Prepare the pre-mixed powder and water for the rice cake. The instructions say to use 300 grams of clean water. I accidentally poured too much, and it was still very successful when the water was 400 grams.

Mix the pre-mixed rice cake powder with water, add 50g sugar, stir well, cover or plastic wrap and ferment for 12 to 15h.

After fermentation, add auxiliary materials package and stir evenly.

Pour the rice slurry into the mold and steam in a steamer for 20 minutes.

Steam it for 20 minutes and take it out.
