I found a cure for a skin disease that has not been overcome so far. How can I get a patent for this discovery and benefit from it?

Article 25 of the Patent Law shall not grant a patent right to the following items:

(1) scientific discoveries;

(2) rules and methods of intellectual activities;

(3) Methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases;

(4) Species of animals and plants;

(5) substances obtained by nuclear transformation;

There is no patent for diagnosis and treatment, but drugs can. Therefore, it is suggested to prescribe the drug and apply for a patent for it. The follow-up is the issue of patent transfer or authorization.
