1. This report is a conclusion report on the inspection of pressure vessels in use according to the Rules for Periodic Inspection of Pressure Vessels.
2. The report should be printed by computer, or filled in with pen and signature pen. The handwriting should be neat, and the alteration is invalid.
3. This report is invalid without the signatures of inspectors, auditors and approvers, and without the number of approval certificate, special seal for inspection or official seal of inspection organization.
4. This report is made in duplicate, with the inspection agency and the employing unit holding one copy respectively.
