Article 2 The management of equipment archives must adhere to the principle of centralized management and convenient development and utilization, and ensure the completeness, accuracy, system and safety of archives.
Article 3 Equipment archives are an important basis for the manufacture, use, management and maintenance of equipment, ensuring the quality of equipment maintenance, keeping the equipment in good technical condition, improving the level of use and maintenance, and giving full play to the role of archives in equipment management, maintenance and use.
Article 4 Equipment materials refer to drawings, charts, text descriptions, calculation data, photos, audio-visual materials and other documents and materials. , formed in the whole process of equipment selection, purchase application, registration, installation, filing, acceptance, use, maintenance, modification and scrapping, and filed.
Article 5 The equipment data mentioned in these Provisions include equipment safety data, and the equipment documenter refers to the equipment safety documenter.
Chapter II Data Transmission
Article 6 Materials formed in each link of equipment selection, purchase and scrapping are prohibited from being discarded at will and must be handed over to equipment manager.
Article 7 After the equipment is removed from the site, other materials must be handed over to equipment manager except the equipment resume and equipment operation records.
Chapter III Determination of the Scope of Filing
Article 8 The principle of data archiving
1. Archived documents and materials formed in equipment management, equipment procurement, acceptance, use, maintenance and transformation must have long-term reference value and voucher function.
2. Archived documents and materials must reflect the whole process of equipment management and all kinds of equipment from purchase to transformation, and ensure the completeness, accuracy and system of materials.
3. Archived documents and materials must follow the laws of natural formation, keep organic contact, and be consistent and complete with the physical objects.
Article 9 Documents and materials to be filed
1. Documents to be archived: equipment purchase application form, purchase contract, invoice, delivery list, unpacking acceptance sheet, certificate of conformity, manufacturing qualification, manufacturing license, installation instructions, operating instructions, random drawings, uniform number, equipment management system, operating procedures, maintenance procedures, inspection procedures, safety technical disclosure, use registration certificate, resume, operation records and maintenance.
2. The focus of archiving is the data formed by high-value equipment. Article 10 Documents and materials that do not need to be filed 1, management documents that have not been finalized and submitted for approval. 2. Invalid contracts and agreements. 3. Duplicate documents. 4. Documents with no reference value. 5, equipment advertising, promotional materials, etc.
Chapter IV Filing
Article 11 equipment manager is responsible for establishing equipment data books one by one, and collecting, sorting and preserving the archived materials listed in Item 1 of Article 6.
Twelfth in order to facilitate the query, the cover of each volume of files should have the equipment name, equipment model, factory number, self number, filing date; The first page of each volume of archives should have a unified standard directory.
Thirteenth random drawings and materials should be reviewed and proofread by the builder of the host equipment. If it is inconsistent with the real thing, the revision record should be made.
Article 14 Before unpacking new equipment, the equipment librarians shall be notified to register and collect relevant data and drawings.
Fifteenth equipment modification, transformation, drawings should be revised in a timely manner.
Article 16 All kinds of materials produced on the equipment site shall be submitted to the equipment librarians in time, and shall be filed after being sorted out.
Seventeenth classified files are arranged horizontally from top to bottom and from left to right according to the annual order.
Article 18 When the equipment is handed over, the equipment files will be randomly transferred out and the handover procedures will be handled. Nineteenth foreign equipment, should be transferred to equipment manager for equipment files, and handle the handover procedures.
Chapter V Borrowing of Archives and Materials
Article 20 Borrowing of materials and drawings must go through borrowing procedures.
Twenty-first equipment librarians should carefully follow the data name, drawing number, number of sheets, borrowing date, borrowing period, etc. Sign the registration form of borrowing materials and drawings, and the borrower will sign the registration form.
Article 22 The borrowing of materials and drawings shall be handled by the personnel above the monitor of the department, and it is strictly prohibited for non-personnel of the department and personnel of other units to borrow.
Article 23 The borrowing of confidential documents must be approved by the equipment supervisor.
Twenty-fourth borrowing period does not exceed one month, and if it is not returned at the expiration, equipment manager will urge the borrower to return it. In case of loss, damage or refusal to return, the borrower will be fined 50 yuan to 200 yuan.
Twenty-fifth did not fill in the registration form or lend information and drawings to others, causing irreparable, depending on the situation, 50 equipment librarians shall be fined by 200 yuan.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 26 These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
Article 27 In case of any conflict between these provisions and the provisions of the superior company, the provisions of the superior company shall prevail.
