In order to adapt to the economic construction and development of Hefei High-tech Zone and build a more scientific and reasonable talent team system, in 2012, the High-tech Zone openly recruited 20 community workers with relevant professional skills.

1. Recruitment principles

2. Recruitment positions and number of people

There are 20 community workers, including 5 construction-related majors, 3 finance-related majors, and 2 public health-related majors. 10 students from other engineering majors.

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Good ideological and political quality, physical and mental health, down-to-earth style, hard-working, and strong sense of organizational discipline.

(2) Have a bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors required for the position, under 30 years old (born after September 1, 1982).

(3) Have certain organizational and coordination skills and volunteer to work in grassroots communities.

Personnel with the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

1. Persons who do not meet the requirements for the recruitment position;

2. Those who are studying in a full-time general university are not Fresh graduates;

IV. Registration Requirements and Recruitment Procedures

This recruitment will be conducted online through written examination and interview. The specific procedures are as follows:

(1) Registration and preliminary qualification review

1. Candidates please log on to the website of the Personnel and Labor Bureau of Hefei High-tech Zone (/) to register. The registration time is from 9:00 on August 27 to 16:00 on September 6, 2012. Late applications will not be accepted. Candidates can log in to the system before 24:00 on September 7 to check whether they have passed the preliminary review. Each applicant must register with a valid resident ID card and is limited to applying for one position. After passing the preliminary qualification review, he may not apply for other positions.

Candidates should fill in the "Registration Qualification Review Form" truthfully and correctly as required, and upload an electronic photo of themselves (a recent front-facing ID photo without a hat, the photo format must be in jpg format, with a width of 250~350 pixels and a height of 400~ 500 pixels, size less than 60kb; ensure the length-to-width ratio is the same as the length-to-width ratio of the two-inch ID photo, and the printing effect is clear). 2. Basic public knowledge includes current affairs and politics, basic computer knowledge, basic knowledge of social management, official document processing, official document writing, administrative professional ability test, etc.

Professional knowledge is a test of relevant professional knowledge that is suitable for the position.

The written test results will be announced on the website of the High-tech Zone Personnel and Labor Bureau within 10 days after the end of the written test. After the score check, according to the recruitment plan number of each position, the ratio of 1:3 will be based on the written test scores from high scores to low scores. (3) Qualification review

Shortlisted candidates should bring their valid ID card, academic certificate, original and copy of degree certificate within the specified time before the interview, as well as their written examination admission ticket , online registration qualification review form, as well as relevant work experience certificates and other materials, go to the designated location for qualification review and receive the interview notice. (4) Interview

1. The interview will be conducted in a leaderless group discussion, with a full score of 100 points (rounded to two decimal places). Interview results will be announced on the spot.

2. Candidates must bring the interview notice and valid ID card to attend the interview. The interview time and location will be notified separately, and the website announcement and interview notice shall prevail. Those who are unable to attend the interview on time for any reason will have their interview qualifications disqualified.

(5) Determine the candidates to be hired

Based on the combined total scores of the interview candidates (the written test and interview scores are combined on a 5:5 basis, and two decimal places will be retained in the statistical process ), determine the list of candidates to be recruited based on the ratio of 1:1 to the number of positions to be recruited from high scores to low scores (if there is a tie in total scores, the interview scores will be used to determine the selection from high scores to low scores), in Hefei High-tech Zone Personnel and Labor Announced on the bureau website.

(6) Physical examination, political examination, public announcement and recruitment
