This project is independently developed on the basis of the 200 1 special fund project for technology development and research of scientific research institutes of the Ministry of Science and Technology-Xianyang Nonmetallic Mineral Research and Design Institute, which has achieved good economic and social benefits. It started in February of 200 1 year and ended in May of 2004.

First, the content introduction

(A) the purpose and significance of the project

The application value of nonmetallic minerals is not only related to the types of minerals, but also depends on the purity of minerals, fineness and gradation of particles, structure (shape and crystal morphology) of particles and surface properties of particles. Therefore, fine purification, superfine grinding, modification, compounding and deep processing of nonmetallic minerals have become more and more important as the main ways to obtain materials.

This project has independent intellectual property rights, such as large-scale ultra-fine impact crushing and grading complete sets of equipment, with less one-time investment and wide application scope, which is more suitable for the actual needs of China at this stage. It has opened up a new machine for ultra-fine grinding and deep processing of mineral materials in China, forming a series, diversification and large-scale production.

(ii) Major achievements

1) Design 1 Construction drawing of a set of impact superfine crushing and grading equipment.

2) Complete the supporting facilities of the unit and establish the experimental demonstration production line.

3) The complete set of equipment can be applied to industrial production. And has multiple functions of crushing, grading and purifying.

4) Compared with similar equipment technology at home and abroad, the system has the advantages of large feeding granularity, high crushing efficiency and low energy consumption. The crusher is equipped with an automatic slag discharge mechanism, which can clean the hard-to-grind particles in time and effectively improve the product quality. The whole unit has the advantages of small floor space, flexible configuration, convenient operation and management, negative pressure work, no environmental pollution and wide application range.

5) This project is an independent technology, belonging to the high-tech in the field of powder engineering, which is not easy to imitate and replace, and has independent intellectual property rights.

Second, popularization and application

This complete set of equipment is suitable for superfine grinding and classification of coal-series kaolin, calcite, perlite, flake graphite, mica, diatomite, talc, barite and other mineral materials. The total amount of nonmetallic minerals that need to be processed into ultrafine powder in China has exceeded 3 million tons every year. According to the current market capacity and competitiveness, commercialization and industrialization can be realized in a short time.
