How to inquire about the legal status of patents in Taiwan Province Province?

To retrieve the legal status of a patent, you can go to China National Intellectual Property Administration's website.

Click "Patent Search" on the homepage;

After the "Patent Search" page appears, click the URL link of "Patent Search and Analysis" on the page;

Click the URL link of "Patent Retrieval and Analysis" and click the "Legal Status Retrieval" tool on the left side of the page;

Click the "Legal Status Search" tool, and then enter the application number, WeChat official account or patent name of the patent to be searched as required.
