IV. Introduction methods

(1) Normal transfer, the personnel relationship is transferred from the original work unit to work full-time in our school.

(2) Sign an employment agreement, and fresh doctoral students will come to our school for employment.

(3) Flexible introduction, with a work unit, no transfer of personnel relations, only an employment agreement signed, and full-time or part-time work in our school.

5. Relevant benefits

6. Introduction Procedures

(2) The Human Resources Department releases talent introduction information to the society through various channels such as the Internet and participation in job fairs.

(3) For those who meet the school’s requirements for the introduction of high-level talents, the Personnel Department will organize each teaching college (department) to conduct an evaluation of the applicant’s business ability and comprehensive quality. After the evaluation, the School of Education (Department) will form a written opinion on whether to introduce talents, fill in the "Shandong Union College Inspection and Approval Form for the Introduction of High-level Talents" and the result materials reflecting the academic level of the talents to be introduced, and submit them to the Personnel Office.

(4) The Personnel Office will submit the basic information of the talents to be introduced, the opinions of the teaching school (department) and the preliminary opinions on specific treatment to the principal's office meeting for discussion and decision.

(5) The Human Resources Department is responsible for handling the entry procedures for introduced talents, signing agreements, and implementing benefits.
