Path 1: Go to "My Taobao"-"I am the seller"-"Report Management" and make a complaint (make a complaint within 3 working days after the complaint is established, if it is overdue, please make a complaint through Path 2).
Path 2: If you can't find the online appeal portal, you can send the member's name, the complained content and relevant vouchers to qinquanshensu@taobao.com for appeal, and the staff will review it within 5-7 working days after receiving it.
