A phased measure of "get on the job first, then take the exam" will be implemented for five entry-level professional qualifications, including nurse practitioner qualifications, fishery crew qualifications, practicing veterinarian qualifications, performance agent qualifications, and patent agent qualifications. College graduates who meet the registration conditions for these five professional qualification examinations can first take up relevant jobs, then take the examination and obtain professional qualifications. Employers that recruit college graduates before December 31, 2020 shall not use the above-mentioned professional qualifications as a restrictive condition.
Graduates from colleges and universities majoring in nursing and midwifery who have not yet obtained nurse practitioner qualifications and are eligible to take up their posts first can work as medical caregivers, but they are not allowed to engage in nursing activities stipulated in the technical specifications for diagnosis and treatment.
