It cannot be downloaded online, but you can request a patent certificate from the State Intellectual Property Office.
The patent certificate certificate is a document proving that the State Intellectual Property Office has issued a patent certificate.
Conditions for requesting processing:
The patent certificate is only issued to the patentee. For patents that are in the annual fee arrears period, restoration period, or have been terminated, the State Intellectual Property Office will no longer issue patent certificates.
Materials required for requesting processing:
(1) A "Request for Certification Documents" signed and sealed by the patentee or his agency in the case must be submitted.
(2) If the patentee applies in person or by mail, the identity certificate of the patentee must be provided. If the patentee entrusts another person to handle the matter, he or she must submit the original letter of authorization, the identity certificate of the person in charge, and a copy of the identity certificate of the patentee.
