Abstract sculpture refers to non-figurative sculpture, that is, all sculptures are abstract except realistic sculpture. The meaning of abstract sculpture does not refer to the concrete sculpture image. Abstract sculpture has no strict requirements on form, and it does not have to be similar to anything practical, but it does not mean that abstract sculpture has no requirements. It requires other realms: some are completely abstract, requiring beautiful features and internal meanings, such as the streamline of stainless steel forging, which must be beautiful, smooth lines and smooth blocks. There is also semi-abstraction, also called intention, which requires something a bit like concrete. While simplifying the deformation, it also shows exaggerated aesthetic feeling and inner meaning, such as abstracting the human body.
The significance of abstract sculpture
Abstraction is often a realm beyond reality, a realm that cannot be realistically expressed, but abstraction can, because it can be a good work as long as it likes, regardless of the specific form.
