Ground preparation
Before construction, the construction area must be clean and smooth, and there are no sundries and uneven places. Large potholes or depressions need to be filled and repaired.
ground treatment
Fill the uneven ground with mortar or cement mortar to ensure a solid foundation.
Template installation
Choose a wooden board or plastic template, and choose the appropriate size and shape according to your own needs. Ensure that the formwork is flat and firm, so as to ensure the construction quality of permeable concrete.
concrete pouring
The mixture ratio of permeable concrete needs to be adjusted according to the engineering requirements. In the pouring process, vibrators are used to ensure the compactness and uniformity of concrete.
surface treatment
Treat the concrete surface with scraper or brush to increase water permeability and beauty. A water permeable agent can also be added to further improve the water permeability.
Maintenance/curing
After the construction of permeable concrete is completed, the curing takes 7- 14 days. Spraying water or covering with wet cloth can ensure the strength and stability of concrete.
