Blasting construction explosive blasting
Advantages: 1, high power and remarkable crushing effect; 2. The blasting cost is relatively low; 3. The blasting process is simple and the blasting efficiency is high.
Disadvantages: 1, high risk factor, difficult to approve; 2, destructive, easy to affect the surrounding buildings and residents; 3. Strong crushing, which leads to the decrease of stone utilization rate; 4, noise and dust pollution is serious, not environmental protection.
Carbon dioxide blasting
Advantages: 1, without strict approval, easy to use; 2, low noise, reducing the impact on the surrounding residents; 3, environmental protection, reducing environmental pollution; 4, the risk coefficient is reduced, and the safety is high; 5, avoid ore crushing and improve the utilization rate of stone; 6. Some equipment can be reused.
Disadvantages: 1, the steps are too complicated and the efficiency is low; 2. Deep foundation pit or working face with poor volley is not suitable; 3, multi-row blasting cannot be realized, and the output is low; 4. The activator used is a disposable product with high cost; 5. The filling process and site construction of cartridge are complicated, which requires high quality of blastholes.
Although carbon dioxide blasting can make up for the difficulty in approving explosive blasting, it is still difficult to replace traditional explosive blasting in a short time because of its weaker blasting power and higher cost. Next, it mainly analyzes how to optimize the parameters of traditional explosive blasting and reduce the blasting cost.
Optimizing explosive blasting parameters and reducing blasting cost
The whole process of open-pit mining consists of perforation, blasting, shovel loading, transportation and crushing, in which the cost of perforation and blasting accounts for about 20% of the total cost of the whole mining procedure, so it is necessary to choose a suitable blasting scheme to effectively reduce the mining cost of the mine.
