What are the types of yoga?

The main categories of yoga are as follows:

1. Wisdom yoga. It advocates cultivating the concept of knowledge, freeing ourselves from ignorance, reaching divine knowledge, and looking forward to becoming one with Brahman.

2. Karma Yoga. Karma means behavior. Karma Yoga believes that behavior is the first expression of life, such as food, clothing, daily life, speech, behavior, etc.

3. Hatha yoga. "Hatha" represents the balance of male and female, day and night, yin and yang, cold and heat, softness and strength, and any other two opposites that complement each other.

4. King Yoga. King Yoga actively advocates the eight limbs of yoga, namely restraint, respect, sitting, breath control, restraint, inner awakening, meditation, and samadhi.
