Article 525 of the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of the Intellectual Property Law of the People's Republic of China: If it is stipulated that the case of the request for invalidation of the patent right needs to be identified by technical issues, the people's court may form a technical identification group to conduct the identification.
