How to distinguish the quality of PVC sheets?

Terrible fire

For many years, people think that PVC is an artificial note that is not harmonious with nature, which destroys the environment and is not conducive to ecological development. 1996, a sensational fire broke out at Dusseldorf airport, 17 people were killed. Some wrong public opinions make people regard PVC as the chief culprit of the fire, which undoubtedly increases people's misunderstanding of PVC.

Second, beautiful appearance.

The surface and shape of goods will give people a first impression. Advertising psychologists believe that this first impression plays a decisive role in product sales. In this sense, the market prospect of PVC film is very promising. In fact, with the development of the times, PVC has gradually won people's favor with its good performance, simple technology and many other advantages, and has been accepted and recognized by more and more people. In Europe and America, PVC is the darling of the construction industry, and it can be seen everywhere in people's daily life. PVC can not only represent the color of nature, but also represent the color people imagine. In Germany, 40% of furniture is made of PVC. When you see those desks, bookshelves, sofas and kitchen cabinets with natural colors, colorful patterns and elegant styles, no one will associate them with the devastated "white garbage" in the street, let alone think that PVC plastic films give them such beautiful coats.

Third, the perfect structure.

So what exactly is PVC? PVC, the full name of which is polyvinyl chloride, is mainly composed of polyvinyl chloride, and other components are added to enhance its heat resistance, toughness and ductility. The top layer of this surface film is paint, the main component in the middle is PVC, and the bottom layer is adhesive. It is a kind of synthetic material which is deeply loved, quite popular and widely used in the world today. Its global usage ranks second among all kinds of synthetic materials. According to statistics, only in 1995, the production of PVC in Europe was about 5 million tons, while its consumption was 5.3 million tons. In Germany, the average output and consumption of PVC is1400,000 tons. The production and application of PVC in the world is growing at a rate of 4%. In recent years, the growth of PVC in Southeast Asia is particularly remarkable, which is attributed to the urgent demand for infrastructure construction in Southeast Asian countries. Among the materials that can be used to make three-dimensional surface films, PVC is the most suitable material.

PVC can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC. Among them, hard PVC accounts for about 2/3 of the market and soft PVC accounts for 1/3. Soft PVC is generally used for floors, ceilings and leather surfaces, but its application is limited because it contains softener (which is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC), which is easy to become brittle and difficult to store. Rigid PVC contains no softener, so it is flexible and easy to form, not fragile, non-toxic and pollution-free, and has long storage time, which is of great development and application value. Hereinafter referred to as PVC. The essence of PVC is a kind of vacuum plastic film, which is used for surface packaging of various panels, so it is also called decorative film and adhesive film, and is used in building materials, packaging, medicine and other industries. Among them, the building materials industry accounts for the largest proportion, accounting for 60%, followed by the packaging industry and several other small-scale application industries.

Fourth, strict technology.

There are two important reasons why PVC can be widely used in building materials industry:

One is the unique performance of PVC (rain-proof, fire-proof, antistatic and easy to form), and the other is the characteristics of low input and high output of PVC. So, why can PVC have the above two advantages? Let's look for the answer from its production process.

The production process of PVC is not complicated. Ordinary production lines are generally composed of rollers, printing machines, gumming machines and cutting machines. The film with a thickness of only 0.3-0.7 mm is mainly produced by direct stirring of the drum, rotation of the drum and high-temperature rolling. At the same time of production, the color is printed on the front of the film with a printing machine, and a layer of adhesive is attached to the back of the film with an adhesive machine. Don't underestimate this back coating, which is an important guarantee for the high quality and performance of PVC film. Back coating is a kind of high-energy affinity agent, which is composed of special materials. It is precisely because of this back coating that PVC film can be closely combined with MDF or other boards and will not open for ten or even fifteen years. The biggest problem of ordinary film pasting is that it can't solve the problem of film dropping. Because the whole production process is carried out at high temperature (the temperature in the winder reaches 220 degrees), this makes the PVC film have high light resistance and flame retardancy, and ensures the high quality of the PVC film. Of course, this requires a large number of production machines. Usually, the production equipment cost of a production line is about 39 million marks, equivalent to about 654.38+0.6 billion yuan. On the other hand, the production process of PVC film is quite simple, and the machine output is also very large, so generally speaking, PVC is actually a product with low input and high output.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) is an extraordinary expression.

What's the difference between PVC film and ordinary film? Ordinary film is directly attached to the surface of the board with glue at room temperature, so after one or two years, the film is easy to fall off. At the high temperature of 1 10, the PVC film is stuck on the board by a special vacuum film press, and it is not easy to fall off.

Although the quality of PVC film is excellent, some people may say that PVC is a chemical product after all. It's just not as good as natural materials, and it can't be ruled out that it is toxic and smelly, which will inevitably cause harm to the environment. That was not the case. This is because the raw materials for PVC membrane production in Germany have been specially refined and the toxic substances have been completely extracted. Therefore, PVC is completely non-toxic and tasteless, and has no irritation to human skin or respiratory system. For people who are allergic to wood and paint, furniture or kitchenware packed with PVC film is very suitable. By using PVC film as decorative film, people can use a lot of density board, particleboard, plywood and fiberboard to reduce the use of wood, thus reducing the damage to forests and even the environment. From this point of view, PVC film has made great contributions to protecting the ecological environment.

The use of PVC once caused great controversy in western countries, and many people tried to replace PVC with various other materials. But it turns out that the quality of PVC is not worse than other substitutes, and the cost is cheaper than these materials. Relevant experts found through research that in many industries, giving up using PVC will generate considerable additional costs. Specific data show that giving up using PVC will increase the extra cost of several billion marks. For specific consumers, this will mean a huge extra expenditure. Take the window made of PVC as an example. If these windows are made of ordinary wood instead of PVC, the cost of cleaning and maintenance alone will increase greatly. In a small town in England, people have been using wooden windows for the past twenty years. Someone investigated the cleaning and maintenance costs of these windows and compared them with PVC windows. The results show that the cleaning cost of ordinary wooden windows is twice that of PVC windows.

The bright future of intransitive verbs

At present, the PVC industry is developing rapidly in the world and has broad prospects. All countries are optimistic about the potential of PVC and its benefits to the ecological environment. With its superior and unique performance, PVC has proved to the world that its role and position can't be replaced by any other products at present. Social development needs and environmental protection needs. This is the inevitable trend of the progress of human civilization.

note:

Germany is an exhibition country of PVC products, and its production technology has a long history and rich experience, and it is in a leading position in the world. As far as cabinets are concerned, PVC materials have occupied 75% market share. Renolit Germany is one of the largest PVC producers in the world. Renault Lite-wilk Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Renault Lite Group, with 65,438+06 production bases and more than 2,000 employees worldwide. The PVC film produced by it is famous for its excellent quality. Shanghai Dexi Silicon Kang Trading Co., Ltd. is the general agent of Renault Park Jung Su Company in Greater China, and is fully responsible for all sales business of Renault Park Jung Su Company in Greater China. The whole company is united as one, Qi Xin works together, strictly adheres to the purpose of putting customers' interests first, and serves every customer warmly and wholeheartedly.

While the PVC industry in the world is booming, unfortunately, the market share of PVC furniture materials (including cabinets) in China is less than 10%, and many consumers have never even heard of PVC as a furniture material, let alone know what PVC is. Why is the domestic market share of German PVC membrane as a high-grade nontoxic and pollution-free (non-heavy metal material) environmental protection material still so small? Of course, there is a problem of consumption level here, but it is mainly related to our consumers' lack of correct understanding of PVC. Limited the production of PVC film furniture, so it can not form a scale. I believe that through the joint efforts of peers and the maturity of the market, the PVC industry will definitely reach a new level in the furniture field.
