Electronic products have been patented. Can I apply for a patent for a physical product?

I am a patent agent with an engineering background. There are three kinds of patents: invention, utility model and design. Judging from what you said, the patent you want to apply for should belong to invention or utility model. Whether you can apply for a patent for invention or utility model mainly depends on whether the technical scheme you put forward is novel, creative and practical (three characteristics in the patent field). As long as it meets the requirements, it can be authorized. If a product is already electrically driven and you invent a manual, as long as the technical scheme of the product you invented has the above three characteristics compared with the existing technical scheme, you can apply for a patent, and it is possible to obtain a patent authorization. Of course, you can apply for a patent without a tripartite technical solution, but it is unlikely to be authorized.
