The company is headquartered in Badaling Economic Development Zone, Beijing, with headquarters manufacturing base, MW mold manufacturing base, new product design and research center and comprehensive testing center with an annual output of 65,438+000 MW fan blades. On June+10/October 065438, 2008, the company invested and set up a northwest manufacturing base in Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, with an annual output of 500 MW wind turbine blades. At present, megawatt fan blade manufacturing bases in East China, Northeast China and overseas are also being actively prepared. With strong technical force and advanced production technology, the company has successively undertaken many national scientific research projects such as the National 863 Plan, the Ninth Five-Year Plan and the Tenth Five-Year Plan, won many patents and scientific and technological awards, achieved fruitful scientific research results, and passed the certification of GL, ISO900 1 quality system and environmental and occupational health and safety system. At present, the blades of 1.5MW/Sinoma40.2 wind turbines produced by the company have independent intellectual property rights, which are specially developed by the company according to the characteristics of domestic wind resources. The aerodynamic shape of this product is more suitable for low wind speed areas with abundant reserves in China, with lower starting wind speed and higher power generation efficiency. Under the same wind conditions, the power generation capacity of this product is about1.5% higher than that of other domestic 1.5MW wind turbine blades, which has won the favor of many well-known domestic wind turbine manufacturers and has been successfully installed in more than 30 wind farms in Northeast China, North China and Northwest China. At the beginning of 2009, this type of blade was successfully exported to South Asia, and the products began to go international.
