Substantive examination of invention and disclosure of invention

It can be considered as an independent stage. Because inventions must be made public first. Then enter the actual trial. The purpose of invention disclosure is also to let others see whether they have infringed the patentee of others. If others see the patent in the patent bulletin, they can file an invalid application with the State Information Bureau.

It takes three to six months for the general public to enter the actual trial stage. When entering the actual trial, the patent belongs to the library to be allocated. After distribution, the examiner will wait for review.
