How to import patents into finished pdf?

Patent application documents have a fixed format, which generally requires the use of standard A4 paper, and the header, footer and margins have a fixed format. Under normal circumstances, the application document will be made into a standard word document, then printed, pressed ctrl+p, then selected and converted into PDF format. As for the number of pages, it doesn't matter. There is generally no page limit.
