The author once had a friend who began to teach himself six sigma quality management of Motorola shortly after he started his quality work. It was difficult for him, and he learned a lot. This is a trick in the stomach, turning yellow in front of reality and becoming a generation of theoretical masters. If every enterprise trains its own employees, it can not only cultivate a solid foundation for management innovation for the country, but also create benefits for the employees recruited by each enterprise immediately.
